An excellent surgeon with amazingly organized office staff. Only negative was after fasting after midnight for the surgery, I wasn’t taken into the OR until 2:35 pm. This could be rectified by scheduling surgeries earlier. But could have been been unavoidably caused by emergency surgeries.

My circumstances meant a speedy surgical date due to a large rotator cuff tear, three weeks of travel home in an RV and physical therapy when home in the Chicago area. Dr. Cuff was wonderful throughout the process, giving me guidance and encouragement. His protocol worked perfectly for me and my shoulder is back to normal. When I had questions concerning my physical therapy, Dr. Cuff responded to my emails the very same day.

He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I especially liked the approach of nonsurgical remedies first. Physical Therapy solved my issue without surgery.
