Very impressed! First time seeing Dr Cuff. I was taken to the exam room on time. X-rays taken. Examined and probable cause of my painful shoulder discussed and explained. Rx for further testing given to me as I wanted to get my MRI closer to home. Checked out feeling like I understood what was going on and that I was in competent hands. All within 1/2 hour. Amazing! I was referred by a surgical friend so I knew that this is a skillful surgeon but he is also very personable and obviously (on my first visit) respected me as a patient and my time. First impression, Amazing!

Unpleasant procedure, excellent outcome. Dr. Cuff is a joy to deal with as a doctor and as a human being. He knows what he's doing and is able to communicate what he's doing to the patient very effectively. Terrific doctor and a terrific human being. I recommend him without any reservations.

Everyone was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Cuff is very personable and explains things thoroughly. I was pleased with the small amount of waiting time and the attention I received. A very pleasant experience and helpful information.

Listens to you. Asks about pain level. Assess range of motion and pain tolerance. Asks if pain interrupts sleep. Genuine concern to get to root of the injury. Orders additional testing if required. Follow up soon after testing.

Dr Cuff is a professional in his field to the core! The pre-shoulder replacement care is first class. The surgery itself cannot be faulted. The post surgery care is excellent. Dr. Cuff performed a very thorough evaluation and gave me all the information that led him to a diagnosis for my very painful shoulder. I left there feeling very hopeful for a full recovery. His staff were all very professional, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Dr Cuff is highly skilled, friendly and caring. He explains treatment and addresses patient concerns thoroughly and in layman's terms. My shoulder replacement surgery and the healing was totally painless and the rehab was actually fun at the Englewood Y facility he uses for his patients here. I'm 2 years since the replacement and have had no problems with that shoulder. My other shoulder is arthritic and needs replacement once the steroid shots no longer give relief. I've had cortisone shots, given by several doctors at this point and he is ' the best"! He is attentive in his follow-up care, over and above other surgeons, with whom I've had experience. I highly recommend Derek Cuff if anyone needs shoulder surgery!

Having previously had a shoulder repair by another surgeon that was unsuccessful, I was not sure what to expect. Dr. Cuff did a complete reverse shoulder replacement just 10 weeks ago and today I have total range of motion and am pain free. It went so well that I have scheduled a replacement for my other shoulder. Dr. Cuff and the office went above and beyond to make this as pleasant as possible

At age 72, my husband had Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement surgery. We are amazed at how much progress he has made in only 6 weeks. He is now out of the imobiliser and has started his 6 weeks of PT. The PT therapist is right across the hall from Dr. Cuff's office. It is critical to follow Dr. Cuff's PT schedule, if you want to end up with a great outcome on your surgery.

Dr. Cuff and his staff were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease when I was very apprehensive regarding the treatment of my shoulder. I would highly recommend this group. Going to a surgeon is very unnerving they went out of the way to ease my concerns!

Dr. Cuff and his team are great. I had a total shoulder replacement and felt 100% better the day I came home. Didn't need any pain meds after first day home. The office personnel is great, I would highly recommend Dr Cuff and his team.

Dr Cuff and his staff are amazing and trust me I'm very picky when it comes to my doctors. He performed an amazing shoulder surgery on me and I haven't had a problem with it every since. Words can't even describe how thankful I am and he has been our family doctor for a good 15 years now and has also done surgery on my dads mother as well. Great Doctor great staff always had excellant outcomes

Dr. Cuff and his staff have been nothing but helpful and caring. Dr. Cuff has done rotator cuff surgery on both my shoulders. The last one was in Dec. 2015. I live in Michigan and came to Florida to have him do my surgery. I have full range of motion in BOTH shoulders. I have friends who have had the surgery else where about the same time mine was done and they aren't even close to my motion. Him and his staff have always taken the time to answer my questions and see me when I thought there was a problem. I can't recommend him enough!
